Lead Galaxy

Lead Galaxy runs a network of 23 consumer-facing property websites branded “Venture”, for example Bulgarian Venture and Spanish Venture. They operate a pay-per-lead model with a twist.



The Move Channel

The Move Channel is a privately owned global portal with a strong focus on investment and overseas property. It was set up in 1999 and now has over 20 country-specific sub-sites. Advertising is offered on a commission-share or pay-per-lead basis.

Primelocation.com

Primelocation was launched in 2001 by a consortium of the high-end UK estate agents and was taken over by the Daily Mail Trust Group in January 2006. As its name suggests, it positions itself at the top end of the market...



This is one of the newest portals to come to market, having been launched in the summer of 2007. It is editorially driven, focusing on developments which demonstrate environmental awareness in construction and sustainability.



Hot Property is owned and operated by independent publishers Sherlock Publications. Launched in 1995 as a UK property magazine and website, Hot Property added an overseas section in early 2005. Hot Property operate a monthly subscription model with featured properties and banners available to agents wanting extra exposure.



Propertyfinder is one of the UK’s oldest property portals, having started life in 1995. In November 2005 it was bought by News International (owners of The Times, Sunday Times, The Sun, timesonline.co.uk) and realestate.com.au, Australia’s largest property portal.



New Skys was launched in 2002 by Blendon Communications and is now owned by Richmond Green Group, publishers of Overseas Property Professional (OPP) magazine. Though it has been designed to accept resale property listings, it currently only lists off-plan property...



Rightmove was launched in 2000 by three of the UK’s leading estate agencies and soon established itself as the UK’s most popular property portal. Rightmove became a PLC in March 2006, floating on the London Stock Exchange.
