Lead Galaxy runs a network of 23 consumer-facing property websites branded “Venture”, for example Bulgarian Venture and Spanish Venture. They operate a pay-per-lead model with a twist.



HomesGoFast

Launched in 2003, HomesGoFast is run by estate agency Marr International. The site covers all the major second home buying destinations around the world and operates a pay-per-lead model for agents, with commission share available to developers.

The Move Channel

The Move Channel is a privately owned global portal with a strong focus on investment and overseas property. It was set up in 1999 and now has over 20 country-specific sub-sites. Advertising is offered on a commission-share or pay-per-lead basis.

Property Index was launched in September 2007 by a team of internet entrepreneurs. The venture is backed by Darren Richards, the founder of Dating Direct, which sold recently for £27.3 million.



Hot Property is owned and operated by independent publishers Sherlock Publications. Launched in 1995 as a UK property magazine and website, Hot Property added an overseas section in early 2005. Hot Property operate a monthly subscription model with featured properties and banners available to agents wanting extra exposure.



FindaProperty.com launched in 1997 and was bought out in 2004 by Associated Newspapers, which owns UK national newspaper titles the Daily Mail and The Mail On Sunday as well as the Evening Standard and Metro in London.



Launched in 2002, Property Showrooms has been run by Global Prospects SL since 2004. It positions itself as a portal for discerning homebuyers and investors and cements this positioning by providing a service to investors called the International Property Investor Network (IPIN).



Sunshine Estates was launched in 2003 by Grosshandelriese Limited, a UK-based company. It positions itself as a one-stop shop for overseas property buyers. Listings are offered on a commission-share basis with featured property positions available as an optional extra.
