Whilst marketing to the English and Irish buyers, here at InCalabria Ltd we've become aware of another 'breed' of buyer that we've dubbed PIKSIES - these are Parents Investing for Kids Security - ie those who are buying with a very long-term view to the future & in order to help finance their children's first home.
