US: Fewer agents see foreign buyers
Less than one in four (22.5%) US realtors surveyed by the National Association of Realtors reported having at least one client in the 12 months ending May 2009. The figure is down from 26.2% last year and 32% in 2007.
Considering the size of the US, these are still high numbers. It would be interesting to see how the results break down for Florida, California and New York, the three states which attract the lion’s share of international interest.
