Wayne Rooney losing 160,000 on a property is, as a guess, like "the rest of us" losing a hundred quid on an unsubstantiated share tip. I'm not sure I could be bothered to pursue such a losst through the courts...proof that money matters more than football to the likes of Mr Rooney if ever it was needed.
