UK: £22,000 for HIP’s logo
There is nothing UK agents love to hate more than Home Information Packs (HIP’s). They put up selling costs and in many cases inhibit transaction volumes.
Staggeringly, Communities & Local Government spent £22,000 developing the HIP’s logo. Surely the money could have been better spent on something that actually benefits the local community.
