UAE: Nakeel to be taken to court over "exorbitant" service charges

Nakeel, the UAE’s largest property developer is set to be taken to the Ruler’s Court this week by tenants of Dubai Discovery Gardens who accuse the company of charging “exorbitant” service charge fees.
