UAE: Fine & Country expand franchise network despite downturn
High-end real estate brokerage Fine & Country has expanded its network of agent licensees despite the recent downturn in the market which has seen prices drop by 50% in some areas.

Fine & Country UAE today announced it had signed World Street Real Estate Brokers, its seventh franchisee since entering the UAE market less than 12 months ago. Fine & Country UAE is the first company to introduce the licensed network model to the region's property sector; offering agents centrally coordinated marketing and business support through an internationally recognized brand.

Cecilia Reinaldo, Managing Director, Fine & Country Middle East, comments:

"When we launched Fine & Country in the UAE, the licensing model was something new for the region, but it's been embraced by a growing number of agents who understand the benefits of joining forces with of a group of specialists as part of an international prestige network. It is an offering that has given us an edge in a difficult market”.

The company boasts an international network of more than 350 independent estate agencies across eight countries, including UK, South Africa, USA, Qatar, Thailand, Malta, Mauritius and UAE.
