Turkey: Prices and rents rise in July

Property Abroad runs with a report from the respected Reidin.com which shows real estate prices increasing in six major Turkish cities including Istanbul (0.84%) and Kocaeili (3.65%).

Rent changes were more mixed rising in some areas and falling in others. The report put the price increases down to falling Turkish interest rates.
