Re Lithuania's market performance, is there a portal or site which gathers and coordinates such stats for countries throughout EU? In Australia, Residex publishes median price stats for Houses and Units separately for each State on a monthly basis. More detailed analyses are available on a user pay basis.
Such a database for the EU would be a great foundational tool for establishing the relative attractiveness of investment opportunities across the EU nations.

The property market is Lithuania was grossly over valued post Lehman crash. Prices almost always revert to the mean average. And that's what is happening here. If the market falls another 15%, then that's a buying opportunity for income seekers.
