This is a very good article explaining good areas and well built property are still selling. Parts of the Costa Blanca have good property at reasonable prices and are still being sold by agents that have been in business for 20 years plus.

According to statistics from the Spanish Land Registry about International title deed registrations by nationality, in 2010 The UK buyers were still on the lead with 4649 properties only followed by the Germans with 1533 properties. So the article is very realistic.
