Spanish prices at 2005 levels – New data
Spanish property portal, Idealista.com is reporting that resale prices dropped to a new low during the summer. According to the report, in most areas prices are at 2005 levels.

Some of the biggest drops are reported to be in the popular holiday home destinations of the Balearic Islands (-3.6%) and The Canary islands (-2.4%). The data only includes asking prices which in the current market are often significantly above the prices actually paid.
