Spain's rich eye overseas property
Reuters is reporting that Spain’s newly rich are investing in property overseas to increase their wealth over the long term. 

Compared the last recession where a minority of Spain’s “wealthy” came from entrepreneurial backgrounds, today 75% are in this category and some of them are agents and developers who made good money in the boom years. 

Spain’s rich are being advised by their banks and IFA’s to look at a number of asset classes including shares, corporate bonds and overseas property.
