Spain: Vendors start to drop their prices
According to a report by Spanish portal Idealista.com, 30% more vendors reduced their prices in June than in the same period in 2009.

Spanish property around the costas has been drasticaly overvalued but in the green spain area (Galicia) properties have hardly been reduced in price New builds have gone down by 3% and older established farmhouses are holding their own. The main problem is the banks not giving credit. I have a lot of potential buyers but no loans.
