I have found that a "mix" works best... selling some high end properties... some average properties... and some low end properties... only the "RICH" can afford the expensive properties, but almost anyone can afford the lower end properties. check out these CHEAP beachfront properties starting at $59,000 at http://www.investmentsontbeach.com
