Return of the lucky Hunt

The Rat & Mouse report that Foxtons founder Jon Hunt is returning to the residential property market with a serviced apartments business.

Hunt sold the London estate agency chain at the peak of the property boom for £370 million which has prompted some people to call him “lucky”.
