Primelocation.com re-launches international portal

Primelocation.com re-launches international portal
Upmarket UK property portal, Primelocation.com has re-launched its international offering with a new look homepage and a host of new features.

The site changes were made following extensive consumer testing over a six week period and final version was chosen based the number of property viewings and agent leads generated.

The new homepage has similarities to the design and structure of Rightmove Overseas with country search icons displayed prominently to help users navigate to their regions of interest more easily. There is also a useful count of the number of properties in each region displayed prominently under each country icon.

Users can also add and save their own notes alongside properties that they are interested in, making it easier to keep track of the properties that are right for them and to narrow down the search.

Ann Wright, International Development Manager of Primelocation International, comments: “The fresh site layout and new tools available on Primelocation International are designed to offer consumers an even simpler and hassle-free method of searching for foreign property. The changes take into account the homepage and features that consumers found easiest to use during a series of live trials and we expect our international agents to receive a higher number of quality leads as a result, furthering our reputation as the leading international property search website.”
