Paradise lost Fiji developers
The New Zealand Herald reports that three of the biggest Zealand-funded developments in Fiji are in financial trouble.
All three developments are on Denarau Island which is fast becoming an overseas property ghetto.
The developments of Fiji Beach Resort & Spa, Momi Bay and Danarau Land South have suffered as the global down turn and disastrous weather conditions have hit demand for real estate on the island.
