Could Rightmove's comments be due to their reduced listings for some overseas markets ? For example, they currently list fewer properties for the whole of Croatia than we have in the county of Istria alone. They used to list thousands of properties in Croatia, but are now down to just over 200, as their inability to deliver enquiries resulted in agents losing confidence in Rightmove and dropping them.

In a couple of years they will be celebrating a nice return on their investment!
