New luxury residential property fund launched
Luxury property specialists, Nick and Christian Candy are set to list a new high-end residential property fund.
CPC Group, owned by Christian Candy will act as investment manager and will have £100m of fund available to snap up below-market-value assets. The firm plans to use the brother’s luxury design house Candy & Candy to provide property management services and interior design.
The Candy Brothers are famous for owning Chelsea Barracks which has been dubbed “Britain’s most expensive development” (£70.3m per acre). The brothers are currently suing Qatari Diar who are developing the Barracks, for £1 million in unpaid fees. Architect Lord Rogers is also suing Qatari Diar for £1.7m.
