Leading exhibition company to refund Egyptian exhibitors

Property Investor Media, organisers of The Property Investor Show and OPP Live, is showing its support for its Egyptian clients by offering to waive their contractual obligations to exhibit at the forthcoming Property Investor Show.

The organisers had 12 exhibitors from Egypt at its autumn show and four had signed contracts for the spring event wil bel held on March 18th & 19th 2011 at London's Excel centre.

Commenting on the decision, Property Investor Media’s Managing Director Nick Clark stated:

“During recent years exhibitors from Egypt and trade associations such as ERTDA have been great supporters of The Property Investor Show and OPP Live, with recent events seeing participation by a large number of developers and agents from the country. A crucial part of our business is about nurturing these relationships over the long-term and in view of the well publicised situation in Egypt at present we believe the correct course of action is to relieve our Egypt exhibitors of their obligations to exhibit at our March show - and offer to refund their money in full".
