Large overseas developer in administration

Property developer Aston Lloyd & Partners International Ltd has been put into administration along with sister company Aston Hotel Sofia Ltd.

With headquarters in London and development projects in Bulgaria, Turkey, Slovakia, Northern Cyprus, Ukraine and Indonesia, Aston Lloyd were one of the largest companies working in the UK-based overseas property industry.

Bijal Shah and Nimish Patel of Re10 have been appointed as Joint Administrators for both companies. They are "currently in the process of assessing the situation, and will shortly be writing to all creditors of the above two companies".
