More than 30 investors have filed a case against real estate developer, Union Properties for non-delivery of units in Index Tower in Dubai’s International Financial Centre (DIFC).

i was the guy that won the case against aci in dubai ...but the decision was appealed by them and now we have had 2 more visits to the court and another scheduled for the 24th ... this is vist number 14 in court over 15 months... 3 years after paying nothing at all is built no building permit even exists ... there is no justice it seems.
