Fine & Country intends to become the first international agent network in Europe to launch a dedicated fractional sales division, reports OPP today.

The company hopes to sell fractional developments through its network of more than 350 licensed agents the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The franchises will be supported by a central department responsible for implementing fractional sales.
Fine & Country has recently opened its first office office in Madeira and branches in Portugal, Spain, Russia and Thailand are due to follow later this year.
