Having worked for a number of developers including DAMAC in the UAE, Zeeshaan Shah now runs Investment Wiz which specialises in acquiring prime distressed properties at a discount. We offered him £25k, £100k and £1 million of fictional money to invest anywhere in the world.

Turkey (Bodrum and Tuzla areas) are gorgeous and have many opportunities for investors. One perticular one is Oase Luxium that i am fond of. Off plan prices are more than 20 percent off market value and the area is surrounded by beautiful bays and golf courses...
