Global warming forces Switzerland to re-draw its borders
Global warming is dissolving the Alpine glaciers to such an extent that Italy and Switzerland have decided to re-draw their national borders reports The Independent.

The border has remained unchanged since 1861 but a dramatic acceleration of the shrinking of "cryosphere", the zone of glaciers, permanent snow cover and permafrost over the past 5 years has forced the two countries to sit down to discuss the situation.
