A new campaign has been launched to educate the industry on the benefits of fractional but will it be enough to propell fractional from a niche to a mass-market product?

Interesting article. I was wondering when this would begin. I personally think the brand "Fractional Ownership" need protecting, that will be the key. If some unscrupulous timeshare companies start to dress up timeshare as Fractional then this whole fractional concept will begin to take on the very poor and ruined brand of timeshare. I am aware that they are some good timeshare companies but the brand "timeshare" in my opinion has been destroyed.The next 2-3 years will be very interesting for the fractional ownership industry. I have been selling fractional ownership very successfully here in Thailand and Asia and find the ratio to be about 25 to 1 who understand the concept.
