Worth noting that your comment alluding to Rightmove is applicable for UK properties but not for international where Primelocation still leads in terms of numbers of agents and properties on our site!!

You can reach the Russian market without speaking Russian by adding your properties to www.medhead.com - they will translate it into Russian for you.
