Eight agents in hospital after “motivation day” goes wrong
A "motivation day" organized by one of Italy's biggest real estate agencies ended in debacle as eight staff had to be treated in hospital after walking on a bed of hot coals.

Just incredibl; i would have loved to turn up to see properties and been told that their employees couldn't show me properties. Better that than "cold feet"

Motivation day eh? Italy you say?...Funny thing is that you learn something everyday...I thought that paying employees a commission on the sales they make was "motivatiion" enough...just shows you how wrong you can be...
