Brits take legal action against developer
A group of British buyers is taking legal action against Calidona, a developer based in Murcia in Spain, for breach of contract.

I congratulate Irwin Mitchell for taking this initiative in helping unhappy investors on a 'no win,no fee' basis.
It shows that they have the knowledge and the confidence to get a result and if they are successful it will send a message to Developers to clean up their act.
Anything which can be done to restore Investor confidence is to be welcomed.
