China Daily reports on a growing trend of wealthy Chinese citizens buying luxury properties in Sydney.   70,000 Chinese arrive in Australia each year to live permanently and investors are increasingly attracted to the country due the favourable exchange rate, recent changes to foreign ownership rules and the outdoor lifestyle.
