Egypt – Top 10 research resources
This is the first in a regular series of articles aimed at agents looking to expand into emerging investment markets. Every week we take one country and search the web for the best websites to help with your background research and product sourcing. This week we focus on
Egypt.
Egypt is hotly tipped by many investment experts. It has that winning combination of high rental yields and fantastic growth prospects.
According to
Global Property Guide, Egypt has the highest rental yields in the world. Growth prospects also look good with Easyjet opening two routes from Gatwick to Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada in April 2008. The government is also making strides to make the country more business friendly. A recent report by
Doing Business put Egypt top of their “reformers” list.
We found lots of websites on Google covering Egypt and we’ve narrowed our list down to ten. As you would expect, to get some of the best information you’ll need to pay but there any many excellent free resources too. If we have missed any useful sites out of the list please feel free to
